Sample Offer

The Sample Offer Form was developed to help your club make an informed decision on the products your organization wants to sell during your fundraiser. The best way to make this decision is for those working on the fundraiser to taste the product! This will help them sell more as they become even more convinced of how good the products they are selling really taste! Order your samples early to allow your group enough time to decide.

Price List

The Price List gives your club the cost for the products, good information to help you determine your selling prices and realistic profits your club can expect. Also included is important customer service information to make your ordering a smooth process for your organization.

Selling Form

The 2-Part Selling Form contains everything an individual fundraiser needs to take their customers orders in an organized manner. Make sure to clearly print the amount of items in the correct columns. We have also formatted it to be easy to tally up! Send only the Master Order Form (Form #4) in to us.

Master Order Form

Page 1: Use the front of the form to total up all of your orders and item quantities. This will provide the totals you will need to qualify for the discounts offered on side two.
